Several others have noticed a trend. The headband of these headphones is weak! Small cracks started to appear within a 18 months of owning them. Now, after 26 months, one side is nearly completely broken. The other side is cracked halfway.I have Corsair memory in all of my computers. I trust the brand. I am shocked that something that sounds so awesome, can be so materially flawed. Since this is happening to others, it is not a one-off thing. It is a design/materials flaw.What do you say, Corsair?

Purchased this as my first headset.Out of the box the headset seems pretty well built. I suspect it’s going to be around for many yearsThe mic quality is apperantly bad, my friends on voice chat say I sound like a distorted tin man. But they can still make out everything I say.For gaming : comfortable and light. Will be easy to wear for hoursSound quality : listening to music or game audio through these is quite good. For the price I feel you get great value with the drivers they use and ear cup design.The mic. Is pretty bad.Comfort : adjusts right, light weight, comfortable.
