Questo è ciò che ho appena scritto al supporto Logitech e penso sia un bel riassuntino di queste cuffie G 935Salve, ho le G935 da un paio di settimane e sto veramente perdendo le mia sanità mentale perchè di cosi tanti problemi con delle cuffie da quasi 200 euro non ne ho mai avuti.1- complimenti per l’audio perchè è l’unica cosa che si salva;2-Inserita l’usb il parring è stato eseguito da solo, gli rbg funzionano e quando li cambio da G Hub tutto funziona;3- Attivo il surroundd, il suono si interrompe, il surround dall’app si vede attivato ma nulla cambia nel suono (provato e riprovato mille volte, ogni tanto va dopo aver riavviato il pc ma dire 1 volta su 15 almeno.

hace un rato me ha llegado éste producto reacondicionado de amazon, al abrirlo ya he visto que le faltaban las espumas de las orejas, he llamado y me han hecho un cheque de 10€ para comprar unas de peor calidad que las que trae originales.Después se me ha ocurrido probarlos, por si el caso, y menos mal, el auricular izquierdo no funciona y la conexión de jack a jack tampoco, solo funcionaba por USB.La respuesta de Amazon, como siempre, “Lo sentimos mucho” (pero pierde tú, tu tiempo para volver a envolverlo imprimir etiquetas y llevarlo a Correos), porqué no me pueden enviar un producto igual que el que tengo porqué “es de distinto lote y no se lo podemos enviar”. Dejo el comentario porqué seguramente al próximo que pida estos cascos reacondicionados le mandarán éstos sin revisar.Buenas tardes

Okay hear me out, I have had the G633 and now the G635 over the last 4 years. The G635 I got in May last year, by October the connector to the headset was giving issues and is now becoming unbearable. Its causing me to hate Logitech because their G900 series also has this crap connector. Its a mini-usb connector, no guard rails or protection or anything, just as is so even wearing it normally it won’t take long for it to bomb out. I switched out my G633 2 times in its warranty for the same issue.I have considered doing the same with this headset but Logitech is seemingly failing to add the product to my account so another middle finger there to them.Don’t get me wrong, the sound quality is amazing, they are comfortable and can be worn for long periods of time with no discomfort. The connector ruins it entirely and I would suggest avoiding it unless you like wasting time with a company trying to claim warranty.PS: Their LGS is absolutely terrible and can cause some games to have issues. And no, I do not have a potato of a pc and yes, I did process of elimination and LGS was the issue.
